This is the H1 title

H1 titles are ignored in the table of contents. We always start the table of contents links with H2.

The best part about H2 elements

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila! Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

An interview with the lead Product Development Manager of BrightTALK Embed

Since the launch of FastReg, the BrightTALK team has continued to listen to customer feedback and focus on ways in which we can help our customers hit their marketing goals.

Further building out the customization options and functionality of the BrightTALK Embed was next on our list of development projects, as the functionality complements the work we did in mid-2023 to enhance registration.

Once again, we sat down with David Babakhanyan, the lead Product Development Manager of the BrightTALK Embed, to get a better understanding of BrighTALK’s exciting new product update and release, which provides customers the ability to create a single location for their webinar catalog, with easy one-time registration, directly on their website. Here are some highlights from that conversation.

Can you tell us about the updates to the BrightTALK Embed?

We're very excited to open the new year with a fresh new look and new functionality for our embed technology! We enhanced both the existing channel and single-content embeds, while also building a brand-new series embed that customers can leverage on their websites.

Why did you feel it was important to update and expand the embed offering now?

We spent a lot of time last year improving our registration experience for new and returning audiences. The development team has put in an enormous amount of effort making the BrightTALK FastReg the best registration experience in the marketplace. The form leverages real-time data lookups to find the most up-to-date information on potential audiences, significantly reducing the inputs required to complete the form to as little as just one field!

Our customers have been extremely happy with this rollout and have seen an increase in webinar attendance by up to 300%. We want as many customers to take advantage of the industry-beating form conversion rates, and we believe updating our embed experience is a critical piece of the puzzle. Leveraging the embeds will not only generate highest number of prospects to customer events with FastReg but will do so directly on customer websites, increasing time spent on site, familiarizing new audiences with their brand and provide immediate access to other resources and sales/demo requests on the site. We hope adding new functionality like updating the primary button color will help the embed look and feel more like home on our customers' websites.

What do you think customers will make of the update and Series embed release?

I am very excited for our customers to see and make use of the new embed technology. During the design and interview stage of this project, we received tons of positive feedback on the updated look and functionality of the embed. I believe our customers will be excited to integrate their BrightTALK library into their websites with just a simple code update and save countless of hours of having to continuously manage the resource center and landing page creation and management, while benefiting from UI that converts and engages prospects at the highest rates.

Our Series feature has been a huge success and is widely used on the platform. It allows customers to create landing pages with a collection of webinars on a topical theme and enables audiences to easily register for one or all sessions and view them as a playlist. Our customers love the ability to generate multiple registrations with just one promotion and be able to capture multiple viewings from the attendees. We now enable our customers to host the series directly on their websites with all the existing benefits of our embed technology. Customers can promote to their websites directly and capture all registrations and viewings directly on their site.

How easy is it for a customer to customize their embed?

When generating a channel embed, for example, our customers can very easily dictate certain elements of the embed UI, like having a featured webinar section or simply a grid view, customizing the primary color of the embed and changing the language of the embed. If a channel embed is already implemented, customers can choose their primary brand color in Channel branding settings page, which will automatically update their existing implementation!

What improvements will customers see using the BrightTALK embed (short term and long term)?

We expect customers promoting their embeds to now have an improved conversion rate and higher registration and attendance counts. Webinar landing pages on brighttalk.com have been going through relentless updates, A/B tests and design makeovers over the last 10 years to its current final form, and we've applied the same learnings onto our embeds to ensure our customers get the most value out of each promotion to their database. I would expect existing embed adopters to now see a higher number of registrations to their content, and new customers adopting the channel embed (and setting up a redirect from BrightTALK) can generate warmer leads by capturing all engagement on their own website instead of brighttalk.com.
