Self service options are a powerful tool to reduce the number of tickets and hence workloads across IT helpdesk teams. NinjaOne is a Unified Endpoint Management platform that allows technicians to delegate daily routine tasks to end users such as VPN-less and secure remote connection or the ability to restore files in a self service backup portal. It is also possible to promote advanced users to an organization-wide ticketing access, allowing them to respond to basic tickets themselves without involvement of IT. NinjaOne’s self-service capabilities are based on a powerful platform which allows IT teams to build automations that reduce the number of requests in the first place. This can include software monitoring and automated deployment processes.
