About this talk

Healthy scalp leads to healthy hair. While the recent advances in skin science continues to widen the new target cellular mechanisms for scalp and hair care, autophagy and Wnt/Beta-catenin signaling emerge as one of the mostly investigated ones for cosmetic application. Cabelludin™, based on a proprietary combination of skin autophagy activator and Wnt/Beta-catenin signaling activator, is a newly introduced bioactive ingredient for both scalp and hair care. Blended with green tea leaf extract, Cabelludin™ is specifically developed for improving scalp skin barrier functions, relieving inflammatory reactions, and ultimately promoting hair follicle regeneration through modulating the hair growth cycle. Along with the solid experimental evidences, clinical study further confirmed the clinical benefits of Cabelludin™ on scalp and hair care, including restoration of skin barrier function, reduction of dandruff symptoms, alleviation of scalp inflammation, and reduction of hair loss. This webinar is one in a series of eight 30-minute product showcases as part of the Korea Innovation Day, hosted by Kotra (Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency) to bring personal care manufacturers from across the world the latest innovations from South Korean niche ingredient suppliers.
