This show addresses the realities of the 21st-century labor market and provides some emerging strategies that you can adopt in response.
Join Ann Rockley and her special guest, Saul Carliner, as they take a look at key factors affecting employment now and into the future including such questions as:
1) The social contract around employment is changing. How does this affect me and what can I do about it?
2) The job search is increasingly transactional and technology-driven. How does that work? What can I do to impress the AI and algorithms?
3) How do I respond to constant changes in the employment landscape for long-term career stability?
