Join us for a discussion with Ben Woelk, Governance, Awareness, and Training Manager at the Rochester Institute of Technology, about introverts and the challenges they face in the workplace. Woelk, a self-proclaimed "introverted leadership advocate," will share anecdotes and lessons he's learned from interviews during his podcast, Hope for the Introvert, a show about introverted leaders, their strengths, and how they apply them in the workplace and other parts of life. Woelk is a passionate believer in the servant leadership model where his role is to cast a vision and enable others to both exercise their passions and discover their leadership abilities.
