Organoids have the ability to self-organize, so it can mimic more complex organs than normal cultured cells. Using these characteristics, organoids support advancements in the study of organogenesis, subsequent patient-specific therapies and disease modeling including cancer modeling. For example, cancers occur due to accumulations of genetic mutations and the organoid platform has often been leveraged to gain better understanding of such mutational signatures. These organoid models hold tremendous potential to mimic pathophysiology of human tumors. In this webinar, it would like to introduce for model development and related products using Corning's tools.
