Progress in cell and gene therapy research will accelerate clinical cell therapy programs in the coming years. As cell therapy trials advance from pre-clinical to late-stage trials, cell culture platforms will need to meet increasing demands for cell yield.
In this webinar, Dr. Ann Rossi Bilodeau:
•Shares data supporting efficient expansion of HEK293T and Vero cells
•Demonstrates how the Corning® CellCube® system provides a simple, compact, and scalable method for mass culture of attachment-dependent cells
•Shows you can achieve yields of greater than 10 billion cells with efficient medium usage
00:00 - 01:30: Introduction
1:31 - 7:50: Considerations and challenges for scaling adherent cell growth
7:51 - 14:07: Corning® CellCube® Culture System
14:08 - 24:30: Case Study - HEK293T and Vero Cell Expansion
24:31 - 34:30: Q&A Session
