Brian Philips, Chief Solutions Architect, NETSCOUT 32 years re-inventing myself and creating solutions in the IT industry as an end user, consultant, systems engineer. 13 years with NetScout has gone by in a blink of the eye. As the Chief Solutions Architect at NETSCOUT, I work with NetScout’s enterprise customers and prospects to understand business needs and success criteria for each initiative and relative IT projects with our unique capabilities.
