The video demonstrates how to connect the Vbrick secure enterprise-grade video and webcasting platform to ServiceNow. It shows configuring JWT authentication and generating signing certificates in Vbrick. An API key is then created for Vbrick in ServiceNow. The Vbrick account ID, API key, and secret are copied to the ServiceNow Vbrick application properties. An HTTP connection is made between the two systems using the Vbrick URL. Finally, a global property is updated to enable Vbrick as a media site for users to access videos within their ServiceNow instance.

Developer Series Part III: Authentication & Authorization Between ServiceNow & Vbrick

The video demonstrates how to add the Vbrick related videos widget to any incident form in ServiceNow. It shows the steps to copy the Vbrick video macro, create a UI formatter called "Vbrick related videos", and drag the formatter onto the incident form. By default it uses the short description field as context but this can be modified. An example is shown of creating a new incident, typing "quadcopter" in the description, and relevant Vbrick videos appearing. Clicking a video plays it inline. The Vbrick AI video assistant is also demonstrated, answering a question about the video transcript. It highlights how Vbrick videos and AI can provide insights to improve productivity when resolving incidents.

Developer Series Part II: Add Related Videos from Vbrick to Any ServiceNow Incident Form

The video demonstrates how to embed Vbrick videos into ServiceNow knowledge articles using the Vbrick video widget. It shows logging into Vbrick and verifying the ServiceNow integration, installing the Vbrick app if needed, and searching for a video to embed. Copying the embed code and pasting it into a new knowledge article embeds the video. The viewer can then see the article with embedded video. It explores the widget, connection alias, and actions/subflows that interface with the Vbrick API to retrieve video data, get access tokens, and load the player. The widget code structure is also examined. Customizing the widget by cloning it is recommended rather than editing the original.
