Amgen, a global pharmaceutical company, was challenged with customizations and a fragmented, ineffective data model. Their challenges grew larger with scalability, cost and value. In this session, Amgen will discuss how it leveraged the power of the Common Services Data Model (CSDM) along with ITSM, ITAM, APM and HRSD, to deliver enhanced automation with actionable insights, and provide improved decision making and planning.
