Following the ransomware attack on a US pipeline company in May of 2021, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) issued a series of security directives to enhance the cybersecurity posture of US transportation systems to mitigate cyber threats. TSA has taken the lead to develop a model of collaborative cyber risk management with a mission to protect the nation’s transportation critical infrastructure and continues to work closely with owners and operators to share threat intelligence and ultimately improve cyber resilience.
Join SecurityScorecard, TSA, and the Oil & Natural Gas ISAC to learn more about the agency’s efforts to better understand the cyber posture of owners and operators, assisting them to address cyber risks, and how they plan to track, measure, and communicate progress being made against rapidly evolving cyber threats. Public and private partnerships are vital to protecting critical infrastructure and our national security.
