Claire Miller has over 10 years of experience working in the public sector with much of that time working at Milwaukee County. In her current role as the Continuous Improvement Manager she is responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout the County’s numerous departments to improve efficiency and achieve operational excellence. She has led a variety of process improvement projects at both the departmental level and enterprise-wide level.
