In honor of Women's History Month, we're welcoming four female legal leaders to discuss the advances women have achieved in the corporate world and the challenges they're still facing today. Most recently, the SEC ratified NASDAQ’s proposal requiring every company listing its shares on the world’s second-largest stock exchange to have at least one woman on its board of directors; last year, California passed a law with similar provisions.
