About this talk

Join us for a discussion of the findings in Corporate Access Through COVID-19 and Beyond, our recent whitepaper analyzing insights gained from interviews with U.S.-based portfolio managers representing $610 billion in total Equity Assets Under Management (EAUM). The managers gave us their opinions on topics including the importance of in-person access to senior management of non-U.S. issuers, the emphasis on ESG discussions, and the frequency of meetings they prefer. Key findings include: 97% of investors surveyed prefer access to management before initiating an investment. 82% noted the increasing importance of ESG considerations during due diligence. That rises to 100% with firms having over $25 billion in EAUM. The availability of DRs improved the likelihood of investment in international issuers, particularly by managers with smaller EAUM. We look forward to a spirited discussion of corporate access today and how you can better meet the demands of current and prospective investors. Moderator Bob Meyers, Principal, Market Connect, BNY Mellon Depositary Receipts Panelists Jennifer Dunne, CFA, Portfolio Manager, Rondure Global Advisors, LLC. Tim Kubarych, CFA, Partner, Deputy Director of Research, Harding Loevner, L.P. Will Llamas, Vice President, Buy-Side, Coalition Greenwich
