About this talk

Today, many agile software organizations are increasingly adopting application microservice architectures to accelerate product delivery. This RTI Tech Talk session presents a data-oriented approach to microservice integration. Using RTI Connext DDS, which is based on the popular Data Distribution ServiceTM (DDS) standard, system and software designers can institute and easily share communication interfaces with reliable transport of time sensitive data. RTI Connext DDS provides its users with a rich set of Quality of Service (QoS) features such as time- and content-filtering and application redundancy, as well as the enforcement of data deadlines, history and persistence. Developers using RTI Connext DDS can eliminate many of the complexities of application collaboration, because these capabilities are configurable as part of the Connext DDS core. Join us to learn how: - Connext DDS integrates with microservice architecture to optimize agile software delivery, scalability, and fault tolerance. - Connext DDS microservice applications map to deployment artifacts. - Connext DDS allows microservice applications to participate in a modular design architecture.
