The past decade saw Digital Transformation projects unfold on a near global scale, changing the way organizations do business and re-inventing industries from banking to retail. Yet there has been one aspect of Digital Transformation that perhaps hasn’t had the time in the spotlight it deserves towards the end of the previous decade: Artificial Intelligence. A study by Infosys found that ‘98 percent of respondents who had leveraged AI for their digital transformation reported that it helped generate additional revenue for their organisations,’ and another study by Forrester found that ‘71 percent of respondents reported that AI can improve business efficiency while 59 percent said that it can improve scalability.’
Digital Transformation projects are an on-going initiative and in a world of technological advancement are never truly completed, so in episode 4 of ‘AI: The Future of Business’ we’re going to take a look at how AI technologies can be applied to the on-going process of Digital Transformation.
We’ll be looking at:
- Why, in the context of DX, it’s crucial to start with the business need AI can solve, not the technology itself
-How AI can transform service delivery in numerous sectors - include legal and healthcare
- How AI can catalyse your DX journey and revolutionise your customer experience with predictive intelligence and real-time segmentation for more effective CRM and marketing campaigns
- And more
