This webinar will delve into the current state of gender biases in the cybersecurity field, exploring the underlying causes and discussing actionable strategies to foster a more inclusive environment for women. Join Ruchi Banerjee from Sandia National Laboratories as we hear from a distinguished panel of three women at different stages of their cybersecurity careers—early, mid and senior. The panelists include Courtney Thomas, a rising star in Digital Systems Security ; Denise Grayson, a mid-career Team Lead for Sandia’s Incident Response; and Susanna Gordon, a seasoned Senior Manager with extensive experience in Reliability and Digital Assurance. They will share their personal experiences and insights on navigating pay disparities, overcoming leadership hurdles and the critical role of mentorship in their professional growth.
