About this talk

Changes over the last few weeks have required us to significantly change the way we work and find new ways to run our businesses. We’ll be in conversation with Sally Clayton, Chief Risk Officer Legal & General Home Finance, and guests. Running an advice business remotely isn’t as simple as getting people set up to work from home. We’ll be discussing FCA expectations, client interactions and the importance of continuing supervision and oversight. We’ll be talking about how we can modify our businesses to work in this new environment without losing the important processes and controls we have in place to protect our clients, staff and businesses. Alongside Sally Clayton, we are delighted to be able to welcome Aaron Conlon from Fluent Lifetime and Lisa Francis from Legal & General Financial Advice to talk about their own experiences of a remote advice model.
