Meeting the Sept 2024 White House phishing-resistant MFA deadline

Over 2023, passkeys have seen a huge increase in adoption across enterprise and consumer applications. While any passkey is more secure than a password, and other forms of legacy MFA, there still exists security concerns around the concept of “syncable passkeys”. Enterprises, and organizations bound by regulation, may be required to utilize FIDO2 credentials that are bound to a single device. How to bolster your authentication strategy for PCI DSS 4.0

Previously, DOD professionals relied upon issuance of credentials stored on single-protocol smart cards, creating UX complexity, an increased cost of supporting devices, and limited usage across devices and systems.
