The FIFA World Cup 2022 was at risk with one new stadium at risk of becoming an “island” and isolated from major surrounding infrastructure. By using @RISK, the project team performed a quantitative risk analysis to focus on cost and schedule and avoid unnecessary reworks and redesign.
